There was however absolutely no management present on the property the entire visit and when I tried to contact them through two different phone numbers about a late checkout there was no response. The karaoke bar was extremely loud. It didnโt affect my room, but I heard other guests saying they could hear it in their room

โI love the property! The area wasn't great, but the inside was really unique and eclectic. The furnishings are simple. For a no-fuss stay, definitely come here. I felt very safe even though the area had graffiti. โ
โEnjoyed my stay at this hotel. Hotel and room were very clean & bed super comfortable. Internet was very fast. Breakfast was great--good options and a little different each day. ~10 mins to Providence College. Didn't get to use the pool, gym, etc as I was pretty much at a conference all day until ~9pm each night. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.โ
"I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king roomโthe room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation.
Unfortunately, the problems didnโt end there. The new room had a clogged sink that wouldnโt drain at all. We called the front desk, and it took 30 minutes for someone to show up. The engineer then spent another 30 minutes tryingโand failingโto fix it. Thatโs a full hour of our travel time wasted because of the hotelโs lack of maintenance.
Despite all this, the front desk still didnโt offer a single word of apology. Instead, they claimed the new room was an โupgrade,โ even though it was on the second floor with a terrible view. Frankly, that felt like a weak excuse rather than any form of customer service.
This experience was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability"
