โIf you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. โFriendly staff, checked in at the bar and even though it was busy the bartender was so friendly and showed us straight to the room with no wait. Comfy and well decorated room. Breakfast was great (they can do vegan if you ask and had 0 fuss). โ
โWe did a 3 night break. The staff were very friendly great people. Lovely social sitting areas. Nice bar and coffee area. The bed room very spacious, beds were clean the bathroom was clean but no window and the vent didnโt work so it smelt damp. We kept the door shut and once we had our showers the smell was not so bad.
