My boyfriend and I are currently guests of this hotel and I must say overall, despite a few hiccups, everything has been very good. Tony and his staff (aside from one) are excellent and the hotel is very clean and quiet. The older overnight gentleman is exceptional and the dark haired young man w longish hair who works mornings and afternoons is also great! So accommodating and I hope Esa sees what assets these two are to the company. The general areas were very tidy . our room is well appointed and comfortable and quiet. It IS a bit more pricey than I’d like but I’d rather stay here than the red roof in Framingham or Southboro tho

If you use the kitchen, there is no charge for pans, flatware, glasses but you must ask for it. The extended stay hotel is a 15 minute walk from supermarkets, restaurants. Avoid the north end stairwell and 1st floor exist as it sometimes has seedy people hanging out and the remains of marijuana. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Staff was prompt to exchange a soiled bed spread. Very helpful, generally. I mistakenly made the reservation one night short and the staff called and walked me through adding a night. It was very easy.

Although I stayed for one night, the check in was a bit passive and lacked a warm welcoming. Elevator and halls smelled like cigarettes which was not pleasant. There are no cameras in the halls or elevator which felt unsafe. Other than that, clean room and quiet area. Oh and a centipede welcomed me when I arrived to the room. Great AC though.
