“We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! “Unbelievably bad experience, upon arrival to rooms as I had booked three, room one on second floor stunk of cigarettes, room two on 1st floor sink tap turned on but no water, bed uncomfortable, squeaked, unstable awful room three also on first floor…… broken chair in room, stained lamp shade next to bed, desk lamp had excessive wiring wrapped around lamp then plugged to socket which is dangerous. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it.
