That morning, I had removed my wedding ring after a shower and accidentally left it behind. When I returned later that day, the ring was missing. I immediately reported the issue and was told it would be investigated and that a manager would follow up. The next day, I was informed that no one had seen the ring and there was no record of my request to opt out of room service. Instead of resolving the situation, I was offered 10,000 points, which did not address the loss. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not stay here again. "

"The room was loud, similar to having a bad upstairs apartment neighbor. Did seem mostly clean so there is that. Hot breakfast options but limited and kinda meh. Not the worst experience but would have expected better for the cost. "

"I noticed that the walls are super thin and you are able to hear absolutely everything in the hallway and next door. However, the rooms were extremely large and spacious, the staff was great, and the breakfast wasn't the worst I have had. One complaint from my kids was that the pool was awful cold."
