“Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

“This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. “Hotel check in was quick and I was able to enter my room before the alloted time which was great after an early morning flight. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, the staff treated you like royalty as well. I experienced minor issues with my room but it was addressed immediately. I arrived as a stranger but left as though they were my family. The owner, Lise was very friendly and engaged with guests everyday. They also recommended various spots to visit as well payments were very convenient...

“The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. ”
