This was our third stay at the PURO Hotel this year, and once again, the experience was wonderful! Special thanks to Wiktor at the front desk — his professionalism and patience were exceptional. Great place to stay!

Amazing hotel, fab location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, a good variety too. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely look into Puro hotels in the future!

Aircondition was not working inside the room also the electicity went out when I turn on the iron. Rooms are old and not fresh anymore - this hotel need an refreshment service.

A beautiful peaceful haven in Wrocław

It was an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel felt like a sanctuary! Such a comfortable bed and very good soundproofing. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Free tea and coffee in the stunning lobby was a lovely touch and all staff were so friendly and helpful.
