"The room was clean. However, the use of artificial fibres in some of the bedding and particularly in the mattress cover meant that sleeping was lees comfortable than we are used to. Towel changes did not always happen, which during hot weather was not good. There was no shaver point in the bathroom. A mirror in the breakfast room was spattered and dirty throughout our stay which was in contrast to most clean public spaces. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate but resulted in minor damage to our car which cost us heavily with our hire company. Disabled access into the hotel is difficult and main pedestrian access is via steps. Internal access is also challenging for those with mobility issues."

"It was exactly what we needed - so difficult to find an accommodation for family of 5 and this was perfect - kids absolutely loved it, it'd be helpful to have a washing machine there but we were fine without it but space is enormous and feels luxurious, this place is in our green list and we'll definitely come back again, had a great time staying over."

"Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."
