Amazing stay and we didn’t want for anything. Front desk staff, concierge, breakfast staff and lounge staff were all unbelievably friendly and exceptional service. The food in the lounge and breakfast was just awesome and plenty to choose from. Our room was superb and nothing was missing for a luxury stay even down to the bath salts. Highly recommended.

Our room at the Sofitel was huge! With a great big comfortable bed, our own sitting area and dressing room, we were very impressed when we arrived. Ethan at the concierge really made our stay, helping us with our bags, our first DiDi and generally making us feel welcome and safe. The lovely man who we think was a Manager took us across to the ATM and assisted us, we were very grateful to him. Breakfast was delicious and the pool a godsend, we would not hesitate to recommend the Sofitel and will definitely stay there again.

The staff was warm welcoming and very helpfull from the 1st day. A special mention for Andy Song at the Concierge, every one spoke good english compare to our very poor mandarin. This made our 4 nights stay in Xian very nice and easy. Our room had a nice calm view
