“I requested to call the taxi to the airport in the last morning. It is normal way becauseI trust hotel, but I got about 30RNB over charged from the taxi. Suddenly the taxi driver give me over-charged, after checking the cost. Of course, I payed the additional tall gate fee. 15 RNB. It was the first time i got over-charged during my trip. I got the taxi over the twenty times in this trip. ”

“After 20h of traveling, we managed to find the place. It is hidden inside a building at the 30th floor, without any clear indication. Nobody spoke English. We get there, the confirmed reservation did not apply, and they were at full capacity. On the phone with Expedia. Nightmare. They start yelling at us to leave, the Manager's wife was a total wench. We were polite. Finally manager walks us to a nearby hotel and leaves us there to deal with it. Expedia again, which agrees to pay for the rooms....
