I loved this place the staff was super attentive. The down fall was it has no elevator but it was fine going up and down . The view was spectacular it was just beautiful. The travel was a lil bit crazy but very adventurous I would do it again. The only bad part of all this would be the food offered would take a very long time before we would get it. But it was very good after receiving it. I definitely would recommend this place. The owner was on the grounds which made it nice for my in laws to chat with. If you are older and don’t have much movement for stairs this is not the place. Check with hotel first for room availability. Love the views love love love muchisimas gracias por esta experencia tan Bonita. Todo perfecto. Las vistas son una child’s.

Me and my friend stayed. I did not know Spanish but my friend did. Front desk guy was great and helpful. Rooms where clean and tidy. Always had hot water and the VIEW IS STUNNING!!!!! Both from the room and the rooftop. The hotel has no elevator so having a super large overly packed suitcase was a challenge but the front desk guy did offer if I wanted to stay on the bottom floor or the 3rd floor. I opted for the 3rd top floor anyway and it was worth it because waking up and seeing that stunning view from your bed was beyond amazing. Let me tell you that the secret to seeing the heart of everything is waking up at 6am, going to the rooftop and seeing all the birds flying around after waking up, hearing the roosters and dogs. I am not sure what kind of birds are in Xilitla but they sound amazing. They don't serve breakfast but that is ok because I would rather support the small businesses as well which are just down the road. Super nice to visit here from Canada! I felt safe even when I went out after 12 midnight. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here if you want an incredible view and you have no exceptions or are not high maintenance. This is no Hilton hotel but beyond better than Hilton for the vibes, character and view. I give this hotel a 10 of 10! Property is amazing. The only thing I would say is driving up to the parking area to the hotel, because it is in a back alley, is extremely challenging and road not well maintained.

Llegar es super complicado, calles con mucha pendiente y estrechas, la via principal en reparacion, no aceptaron tarjeta, el agua caliente funciono has ta despues de las 10 PM, no tenian agua para tomar mas alla de la botella de cortesía, mala señal del WiFi, no contaba con cable y tenias que conectar tus cuentas de streaming (de hecho al llegar estaban las cuentas de algujien mas).

Difícil acceso

Alojamiento y servicio excelente, aunque le daría 1 de 10 por la ubicación. No está cerca del centro de Xilitla, y si viaja uno en automóvil mediano o compacto, el acceso se complica por el camino de subida al hotel y la cantidad de topes que más bien parecen paredes y pueden dañar el automóvil.

El hotel es nuevo, aunque está en el cerro y aún en auto es un poco difícil el acceso, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien. Muy recomendable. Quizá el único pero es que no tiene elevador y tiene 3 pisos.

Todo está muy bien, el personal es muy amable! Solo en el restaurante tuvimos que esperar más de una hora en que nos sirvieran nuestros alimentos, a pesar que los alimentos eran muy ricos por el tiempo de espera decidimos no regresar a comer ahí!

Está muy lindo el hotel y las camas cómodas, está alejado del centro eso es bueno porque no hay ruido fue muy agradable dormir ahí, pero si es necesario un auto para llegar. Cómo recomendación les diría que pongan mosquiteros en las ventanas del baño ya que por ahí entraban mosquitos y más agilidad en el restaurante, la comida está deliciosa y los precios accesibles pero si es lento el servicio.

Buen hotel, nuevo, limpio, con aire acondicionado lo cual agradeces, cuenta con restaurante independiente. Lo único malo es que si esta lejos del centro para irse a pie, y las calles son muy empinadas.

En general la estancia fue buena y tranquila, el personal es muy amable. El unico inconveniente es que no es facil moverse de la propiedad al centro del pueblo, no solo por lo lejos sino por el declive que hace necesarion moverse en taxi para ir al centro y regresar, o tener un par de piernas bien entrenadas para la subida sobre todo

la ubicación no es nada favorable, se encuentra sobre una calle de subida algo empinada, algo lejos del centro que ni de chiste es para irse a pie. La famosa vista si es agradable, pero también una magnifica vista a los tinacos de los vecinos. Si el hotel está muy limpio, bonito, pero las habitaciones muy reducidas.
