"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. "Not the best expert: I arrived without local WiFi but taxi drivers didn’t know where to locate this place. They called the number I gave to them and there wasn’t anyone answering. I had to find a local hotel to stay. When I later asked for refund, they said they kept the room and refused the refund. Overall, pretty terrible."
