“Hotel is nice, was told hot tub wasn’t working also told there would be a $25 fee that would be refunded when we check out. Received and refunded back $16 of that $25 and it was because I used Expedia to book the hotel (3rd party) that was never disclosed to me at the time of check in. They called it a “service fee”. It’s not a lot of money but the principal that they withhold money when at the time you’re told you’ll be refunded in full, when you are not, might be a dealbreaker for some...

“Everything in the room was perfect, unfortunately my card was charged twice, I inquired about and they refused to refund my money back and now I have not being able to speak with someone!”

“Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.”

“We moved to this hotel last minute because another one in the area had mold issues. There were a lot of things we appreciated about this hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly. We loved the hot coffee and lemon water in the lobby at all hours. The breakfast was delicious and liked the hours. My kids used tbe pool and enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked across the street to the mall one night.”

“I don't normally stay in hotels let alone write reviews- but I HAD to for this one! Not only is it just a beautiful property, the rooms themselves are so spacious, refreshing, calm, unique and clean! This is also a little more than I typically spend on a room and I had zero regrets! ”

“The entire hotel is not just under a minor renovation it is a full renovation with black mold exposed. The entire lounge area is unusable. The hot tub not working, elevator not working. Trash cans everywhere. This hotel should not be operating and it certainly should not be charging what it is under these conditions. HORRIBLE conditions!!”
