"This hotel is brilliant. The location is great, the rooms are clean and nice and the staff are super friendly and very efficient. Our air con was broken but the manager DIEGO was absolutely brilliant and sorted things for us straight away in a very friendly and professional manner. the food is really nice with a good choice and high quality, and there is also plenty for the kids to do, and the entertainment in the evenings was really good. We would return to this hotel."

"A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. Overall a brilliant stay and highly recommended."

"The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience."
