The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Staff weren’t very friendly when we checked in and told us to come back at 1500. We had bags and they just pointed to a bag holding room and we were left to figure it out.
