“Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay”

“These are single storey room with porch for cars. It gives me the ambience of a village style hotel where you wake up in a country side and move among the chicken and ducks. The weather was very hot when I came. So I already have hot water from the tank without using the heater but I got a shock of my life when I used th bidet to clean my bottom after moving my bowels! Next morning, it was even too hot to take a bath!!! And the air cond took a long time to cool my room down!”

“This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. ”

“Arrived and the hotel was overbooked. They gave us a ride to a hostel down the road in which they paid for us to stay there overnight. The value in hotel was similar but still not what I paid for. Overall OK because they did their best to correct their mistake ”

“Fabulous views from all the rooms, great trips out in the evening and early morning to spot wildlife from the boat (included in room price). Great lunch and dinner also included! Kayaks were fun to do your own exploration whenever you want. Room is clean and functional. Aircon works and the staff are helpful. Great experience well recommended.”

“Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.”

“풀 엑세스 룸 수영장 물 상태가 더러움. 시내나 공항에서 1시간 거리에 위치. 갈때는 그랩이용해서 840바트가 나왔는데. 나올때 탈수있는 교통수단이 없음. 무조건 호텔 택시를 이용해야 하는데 1500-1800바트를 부름. 거의 숙박비용과 맞먹음. 네고없음. 호텔에서 제공하는 투어. 2시간에 2000바트 댐 호수 투어. 광고와 다름. 카약 수영 없음. 그냥 배 타기. 마사지 그저그럼.”

“Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided...

“Location is closer to river and mountain. Felt the nature. However, a bit far from main road. It is 10 km away from Khao Sok national park. Staffs arranged eairly boat ride 6:30am. Not a lot of visitors are here yet. Enjoy the lake very much. ”
