"I have stayed at the Victoria several times with no complaints, but this time I was disappointed, the bed was uncomfortable and there was an absolutely disgusting odour in the bathroom. Then an altercation with a staff member who did not want to honour a discount which was offered when eating at the restaurant, he was rude and condescending."

"Great location and easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was good. The beds a tad firm for my taste. If you are not comfortable with your travel partner the bathroom arrangement is not my favourite: frosted glass, inch of open space, no sound proofing."
