"This was the third time we have stayed at this Hotel as we love the Location and the price. The Breakfast this time was fabulous especially Tuesday to Thursday. On Friday I think there was a shift change and we noticed the difference. The Lobby, Mezzanine, Restaurant and Bar were Lovely and clean as were the Toilets on these levels. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to see the Bar open again during the week as when we were there in Jan 26 it was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. The Hotel rooms are dated and the room we were in this time could certainly use some attention but beds were comfortable."

"Great location in the heart of the CBD with easy access to transport options. I stay regularly for work and the rooms are always clean and tidy and check-in is easy. My last stay, the hairdryer was broken and there was no conditioner in the shower, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay."

"Stayed overnight to see a show at Her Majesties theatre. Walking distance to hotel is why we initially booked our stay. We were both extremely happy with our stay. Front staff were very friendly and it took just moments to get us checked in. Room was beyond our expectations. Clean , modern , spacious. We took advantage of pre theatre menu at Bossley restaurant on site and had a very enjoyable meal on a relaxing atmosphere. Late checkout in morning was very appreciated after a late night. We will definately stay again. Thank You Ridges Hotel Melbourne."

"Loved the friendly welcome and the format of reception with an inbuilt bar. Room was very comfortable - best pillows I’ve had in a long time. The Flinders St view is great as the station is lit up and it feel fun. I didn’t mind the tram noise as it feels very Melbourne."

"Location at Collins is good. Most major attractions are nearby. Many eateries, convenience stores, bars. Flinder station walkable. Free Trams ride ( Tram - first time I experienced that is free ) within the most important inner city attraction. Must try Fish Market for seafood etc."
