"Fantastic hotel in Melbourne. Great location, clean rooms. Could not thank the staff more for how helpful they were. We arrived from the UK 7am and went to the hotel to just see if we could drop our bags for the day till check in. They luckily had a room already ready and let us just get entry right there and then. We only had 2 days in Melbourne so the ability to be able to rest for a bit and refresh really made our trip. Thank you so much!!"

"The best thing about this place is the location. The best quality and pillows were fantastic too. I know it’s a “budget” hotel but sometimes things weren’t great. I was there for 5 nights and there were 2 days where I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and 1 day where they didn’t do it - maybe because I didn’t ask. I had the right sign up and everything. My last night I was there I had an issues with the curtain in my room and the man at reception offered to come to my room to check it out. He did end up fixing the problem but the attitude was kinda poor. I wasn’t being rude or anything, but he was very dismissive of my issue whilst he was in my room. Going back to the curtain, the curtain was even big enough to cover the window, so the people in the office next to me easily saw into my room. Some of the reception staff were nice and helpful. When my room was cleaned it was done nicely, however, they didn’t wipe the floor of the area infront of the sink or the toilet. The housekeeping staff aren’t nice. Not even a returning smile, hi or head nod in acknowledgment. At the end of the day, it’s still value for money."
