“Firstly, the staff were great. Otherwise, this hotel desperately needs some investment. It wasn't cheap staying here for one night and what we got was a noisy room stuck in the 90s, The property smelled like an old folk's home. Stains on the carpets both in the room and common areas and furnishings were worn out. It just wasn't the best stay. Nice breakfast though, and plenty of parking.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms . Breakfast was well supplied. There is outside noise, but that's expected from being in city centre. The rooms themselves were reasonably well soundproofed and there wasn't too much noise coming from the corridor.”

“It was my second time here in the last few weeks, the first visit was a large room king bed and I had no issues. Good clean room, good Internet connection. On this occasion I chose a suite, very disappointed with the standard considering the cost between the 2 rooms. The Internet was poor, tv buffering all the time on iplayer etc, had to use own network for phone coverage. The rooms are situated at the side of the industrial estate, i opened the windows for some fresh air but had to close them...

“Excellent boutique hotel. Well situated. Really nice, helpful staff. Pristine hotel in appearance, well appointed room (except for lack of aircon). Excellent breakfast. Only thing was that I didn't get the best nights' sleep, probably due to lack of aircon, it was quite hot. Would stay again though, no problem.”
