“check in terrible..air conditioner aimed right at the bed..room too small and too expensive for what yogurt or don't get”

“Rooms are large and clean. Staff was helpful with requests but not overly welcoming or friendly. Like the Motel 6 we stayed at earlier in the week in Urbana IL, they no longer have "do not disturb" tags and they are coming into the room everyday. So once again we had to lock up/take with us computers/personal papers and everyday we had to request a new 3rd towel cause cleaning would remove it from the room. “It served its purpose, we needed a place to sleep for the night. Would not have stayed any longer than that and would not return.”

“Everything was stained. Front desk could care less about being there and wouldn’t answer the phone. Left early with no resolve for refund. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else.”
