Yeoksam-dong, Seoul hotel rooms at the Fraser

UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. I also appreciated that they helped set up our groups private transportation to the airport. The suite itself provides all essentials to make it homey - fridge/freezer, microwave, glassware/plates. We were a group of 4 so having two bathrooms helps a lot, the suite size is just enough room despite all of...

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine...

Helpful staff, clean and spacious room

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

Great Location. Great staff. Very comfortable room and bed. Easy check in and check out.

Nice for a short quick affordable stay

Nicely located in Gangnam a few blocks from Seolleung Station. Many food options just across the street. Hotel also has a Vegan cafe on site. Room (double twin) was sizable and beds comfortable. Easy to book a massage in the spa. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We spoke little Korean and had no issues conveying our needs. Would stay again.

This was the last of three hotels during my 42nd birthday getaway, and it was a wonderful way to end my trip! Check-in was easy, and the room was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. The in-room amenities were great, especially having a washer and dryer with detergent to do laundry before heading home! The location was also convenient, just a five-minute walk to the train station and two minutes to a bus stop. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Since I visited in late October, a...

I had a perfect experience with that hotel! People are nice, room was nice and clean, there is a beautiful pool area on the rooftop, but what really stood out for me (in a positive way) was the amazing service! Especially the lady at the reception called Sue! An Angel in disguise:)

Excellent location, basic breakfast included every morning from 7:30-9:30am. Room includes entry area for shoe removal with house slippers. The floor is heated as well! Bathroom has a bidet and slides for the shower, which are in the same room. There is a small fridge with waters and additional free beverages in the breakfast room. The microwave is also in the breakfast room. Excellent accommodations for the price!

Excellent staff

Fast & friendly check in. Spacious & pretty clean room. The walls have quite a few scuffs everywhere. Quiet area at night. I slept very good. Will definitely book again on my next trip.
