"We absolutely loved it and highly recommend this hotel! Truly exceptional service, unbelievable breakfast, gorgeous room with bunk bed for the kids and a super comfortable king-size bed. The atmosphere is both magical and relaxing, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful."

"Pleasantly surprised - booked for a work stay in Singapore. Knew it was a bit out of the way, but turns out everything is only 15min away and can get taxi everywhere for S$15 or so. Really nice and spacious rooms with great aircon. Bed and pillows were OK for comfort - perfectly within expectations for the price, and tonnes of space to put everything. Rooms were serviced daily, water provided etc. Massive bathroom. All tidy, just a little dated. Good gym, good pools. The pools are used quite a bit for kids lessons, especially during the holidays (when I was visiting), but could always get in the pool a few times a day to cool off. Great menu/drinks list at the club and good social atmosphere with members coming in all the time. Was the football world cup and ended up chatting with people during games. Stored luggage - great. No laundry, they have service (48h), but didn't end up using. Will probably stay again."

"Hip vibe. Small but spotless, comfortable and quiet rooms. Plenty of shared work place in the lobby and it's really pleasant to hang out there. Each corridor has a shared fridge and a water station. Electric kettle in the room. Espresso machine in the lobby (you pay for the coffee with credit card). Literally steps from the MTR station (the One-North station on the green line). In the MTR station there is a food court with delicious and cheap food. For those of you who will be traveling to NUS during your stay: the hotel is NOT very close to NUS - you have to take the subway, or the bus, but it takes more than 30 minutes. Taxi/Grab takes 10 minutes."

The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my daughter absolutely loved it — it really made the stay special for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Singapore."

"It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help.
