朝食バイキングは、ビジネスホテルにしては品数が多く美味しかったです。 大浴場はいい湯だが、写真でみた感覚とは違い少し狭く感じました。とはいえ5人程度なら十分広いです。 エレベーターは遅めなので、チェックアウトなどで混み合う時間帯は注意

New, clean, and comfortable

We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations.

Don’t expect to use the TV outside of a couple of channels, nothing worked. YouTube rarely workes, screen sharing never worked. Other than that, a very pleasant place to stay.

夏休みに母娘で2年連続で2回利用しました。 タイプの違う部屋でしたが、清潔感がありリラックスできます。 部屋に無駄なアメニティの常備がなく、スッキリしていて良いです！ 大浴場も良いですし、朝食ビュッフェも質が良いと思います。 フロント、掃除係、レストラン、全てのスタッフの対応も完璧だと思います。また利用したいです。

全体的には良かったが…

エコに関する配慮はすばらしいと思いました。ドリンクサービスも良かったです。 ただ、一点だけ残念なことがありました。入浴する前にかならず浴槽を手でさわって確認するのですが、きれいに磨かれておらず、垢が残っていました。それでシャワーだけにしました。大浴場があるので、手抜きしたのでしょうか。

清潔で便利なホテル

一週間以上ハリウッドツインに滞在しましたが、清潔で大浴場、ランドリーもありとても過ごしやすかったです。朝食はチョイスも多く、毎日利用しても飽きることはありませんでした。近くにスーパーやレストランもあるショッピングモールやコンビニがあり便利な場所です。
