4/5 - Good
Kawasaki is located between Tokyo and Yokohama so its a great location to stay if you want to do both.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful location! Room amenities on-point! Breakfast was worth it, good protein options.

Room was spotless and staff are courteous. The space was a bit tight for three big luggay and a carryon. Overall, it was a great place to stay if you don’t travel too much to other part of Tokyo. If you do, it might be best to stay here toward the end of the trip since it’s a bit far to other parts ...

Apart from the rooms being pretty small (which is i suppose normal for tokyo hotels), everything else checked out well

Stayed at hotel for four nights with family of four. Location of hotel is good though hotel room and amenities appear dated to my liking. Approximately 10 minute walk from nearest station. Convenience stores close by for snacks and essentials. Retail area also very close. Room is spacious by North ...

Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. The bed was a bit stiff and I had an issue with the room but the staff quickly resolved it. The whole room feels more like an apartment ...

There's not much to Kawasaki city itself. It is best used as a hub or means to get other places you want to see without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money to stay there. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo or Yokohama.
Kawasaki is a very busy place, but has a surprising number of pleasant amenities.
Hotel itself was nice and the staff accommodating. However, inconven-ient location in an isolated industrial area, with day-time hourly shuttle service from hotel to Kawasaki Station (a 15-20+ min. ride), and surprising cab ride was our takeaway.
Close to our relatives.
I just wish visitors can buy Suica card without charge fee. Buying ticket all the time is a waste of time.
