"Convenient Location, Excellent Service, and a Great Stay!
The Royal Park Haneda Hotel’s location was very easy to find! Upon arriving, we simply exited baggage claim and walked directly to the hotel, which is conveniently located in Terminal 3’s departure lobby.
There is a restaurant accessible through the hotel corridors, but if you’re looking for more dining options, there’s an escalator right outside the hotel exit that leads to a variety of eateries and shops. This was especially convenient for guests arriving at the airport.
Another big plus was the complimentary toiletries provided by the hotel. In addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they offered individually packaged toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair ties, body towels, hair combs, shavers, shaving cream, and cotton swabs. This was a thoughtful touch and especially helpful for our family of four!
Room had 4 twin size beds and there was enough room to open luggage’s and still walk around them
The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. Customer service was excellent, and the staff were patient, friendly, and accommodating.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient airport hotel!"
