"Wished we didn't have to pay extra for the gym and spa on the Grande side but love that it's attached to the airport and that Lawson's, restaurans and shops were just outside the door. Staff was amazing and helpful."

"Stayed there as had an early flight from Haneda the next day. Reception staff were really helpful. My luggage had already been sent up to my room before I checked in. Bedroom was super spacious and very luxurious.There also was a free airport shuttle available."

"The hotel itself is impressive, and the reception area is genuinely beautiful. Rooms are a good size for Tokyo standards and noticeably more spacious than APA hotels. Unfortunately, our experience with the airport shuttle and staff support was very poor. We arrived at reception at 5:30am for the 5:45am shuttle, only to be told it was already full. The next available shuttle was not until 6:45am, which would have made us miss our flight. There was no meaningful assistance offered to help resolve the situation, such as arranging alternative transport or offering any form of support. Communication was also very difficult due to limited English, which made it hard to understand what options we had. When we asked for help, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful, and we were left to sort out our own transport. We ended up paying £20 for a very short Uber ride to the airport, with no support from the hotel despite the shuttle being advertised as a key amenity. We also left unsure what time we should have arrived in order to actually secure a seat on the shuttle, as this was not explained clearly in advance. Overall, while the hotel facilities themselves are strong, the lack of effective communication and support during an urgent travel situation significantly impacted our experience and caused unnecessary stress."

"My flight was 22:00, so I asked them about late check out. 2,000 JPE / Hour late check out helps my extra comfort time until the flight. I would like to come back the hotel. Subway leach to Higashi Ginza, 30minutes ride, area so easy to spend the time until your flight."

"He had a great overnight stay at hotel. Metropolitan staff were amazing and kind and helped us navigate getting to the airport. It was very easy. State of the room was perfect. It was quite spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend."

"My go to hotel for an early flight home the next day from Tokyo. Anamori Inari has great little local eateries too. And on the keikyu line you can be in central Tokyo in no time if you want to use up spare time. It’s also direct line to Shinagawa if you travel in on the Shinkansen."

"Everything well kept! They provide pijamas and tooth brush etc etc really convenient. Wish they would have staff that speak English! Also the shuttle to take you to the airport is convenient if you are flying out in the am but you have to wake up early and be ready with luggage at the lobby for them to give you a ticket to take you to the airport.. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the shuttle does not pick you up from the airport. Even though it tells you it does."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with any questions I had. Their friendly attitude truly made my visit memorable. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Every area of the property, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless and showed great attention to detail. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. I also greatly appreciated the laundry facilities. Having convenient, well-kept laundry machines available was incredibly helpful during my trip and made an extended stay much easier. Everything was easy to use and kept in excellent condition. Overall, Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding cleanliness, convenient amenities, and genuinely caring staff created a fantastic experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kawasaki area."
