"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I shipped my luggage from Kyoto before arriving, and it was already waiting in my room when I checked in. That level of service was truly appreciated.
This hotel was far better than the one I stayed at in Shinjuku. The service here was outstanding, and the complimentary airport shuttle made my trip even more convenient. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
My only suggestion is regarding the breakfast. It was good, but I think the menu could be be improved by offering freshly made omelets and a few more cooked-to-order options. That small change would make the breakfast experience even better.
Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and convenience."
