Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers.
