"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel was neat and clean, and we liked that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the top floor where we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. One thing that could be improved is the lime water at the entrance. It didn’t look very hygienic and had some black stuff in it, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, the experience was good."

"Great time. Check-in was easy, staff were polite and professional. Room was clean, comfortable including the bed. Food options convenient as several restaurants are on the main level. I had a great time during the evening at the casino and I’m looking forward to planning another stay. "

"They never cleaned the room . There was a towel hanging over the shower stall , no face clothes and dirty napkins in the ice bucket"

"The television worked on two remotes, a ROKU-not a service, but just turn on the set, and for volume-and set it, so that other remote can take over. There is no elevator. The bath tub/shower-had very strong water flow. The manager was quick to come to my assistance on the tv."

"There was no food at the breakfast bar as they could not keep up with the number of guests to feed in the mornings. The pool water was cloudy and the deck was full of hair and even toilet paper bits were found on the pool deck. I found a band aid floating in the pool water as well. The hot tub water was dirty as well. The good thing to report was the gym- it had enough free weights and the cardio machines were working. However, there was no water in the water cooler to use as it was empty. No towels either in the pool or the gym…. Our room was clean though which was a pleasant surprise. "
