"There were a few issues with my original room in this hotel and my first night was quite disturbed. HOWEVER, the team on reception were so very helpful and sorted out a replacement without fuss, the hotel is fine but the staff are truly wonderful and that made my stay feel great."

"Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the check staff tried to charge me for a booking I had already paid for - good job I was on the ball and had a receipt to prove. Room was great (albeit hot) and breakfast was also great, lovely restaurant staff, would definitely recommend and location was also a bonus."
