“Shops nearby were a bonus however, the room was a bit too crowded due to the large jetted bath tub. We had to shower in the bath which was awkward to get in and the water was hard to manipulate, second day there was no hot water at all.”

“The room was very clean; I worked for The Pamelia Hilton in Perth and it was on par as it in the cleanliness department. Only saw the staff when I checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. Didn't go into the bar. And didn't go into to any shops. I would be very happy to stay there again if I have to Come to York for another event.
