The food and drink menus at this hotel are very good, and we found the dining experience to be very good. Some not all of the staff were a bit indifferent at times, so you had to pick who to talk to to place an order etc. We booked a suit and it was not cleaned the next day which we found odd.

Clean and the most comfortable bed we've slept in this trip (all have been good). Great staff, a phenomenal breakfast, quiet, yet only a 3 min walk from the train station. I would've liked a small shelf or cubby in the bathroom and by the bedside but I'm struggling to find any other critique - a great hotel!

Lovely 1907 building close to the port and railway station. Grand interiors and breakfast room. Buses and trains very easy. My only wishes are a handle in the shower enclosure and basin plug that worked. Room 327.
