Quiet getaway

Great hotel for exploring the coast around Ystad. Well worth the visit for the pristine beaches and sea. Very peaceful. Hotel is ideally placed with clean rooms and a good breakfast

Breakfast staff were superb!

Loved the details from the old swimming pool building, around the hotel. Loved the details such as the beautiful coffee cups. Staff in the breakfast buffet were absolutely amazing <3 Breakfast buffet was huge and much home made - the breakfast selection felt very much like something from a 5* luxury resort. Parked the car around the hotel on a public parking spot - ended up paying 40 SEK for the night for the car. A lot closed on Sundays in Ystad - little Coop in walking distance from the hotel. Roof top drinks were expensive even for Sweden, but view was good.

Perfect for a weekend

A perfectly situated hotel for a long weekend. Very nice room, beds in our taste and spacious for two. Breakfast was also good, had everything we wanted. The scrambled eggs was the best we've ever had. The hotel also has a roof top bar, very convenient. Not far to walk into the city centre, and there was a parking lot less than 100 m from the hotel. We will come back and stay again.

Lovely hotel very close to train station ,ferry port and .town centre . Comfortable clean room found it rather hot at night and couldn't open the window . Good breakfast with a good selection of food. No tea and coffee facilities in the room .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Excellent stay from start to finish!

We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

It is a good hotel, but I expected more for what it promises. What we did not like: Our room (family room) lacked a mini fridge. They try top hats to be cool, and the result is a communication that passes for rude: the do not disturb sign says ”stay away”, the breakfast card (you have to or book your breakfast time) says ”if you snooze, you loose”. It is just not welcoming. But, well, great location, good beds, nice breakfast.

Would have preferred to be informed about the closed spa and rooftop bar. None of the above were open Monday + Tuesday but neither there was any information about that. If known, I would not have paid this amount of money for “nothing”. Breakfast staff was very polite and breakfast room was clean and nice. Hard to find the hotelreception and the entrance was hidden.

God lokation

Great location! Really friendly staff, nice rooftop bar with 360 views and very close to the walking streets with quaint old buildings, shops, restaurants and more. Breakfast was yummy and so was dinner. But… that said, the windows couldn’t be opened in the rooms, the room temperature device didn’t work and the reception couldn’t fix it. It was very stuffy in the room and the lack of fresh air was nearly unbearable. And it was way too warm to get a good night sleep. Also missing a fridge or minibar and satellite TV if you’re not Swedish.
