“Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. ”

“IIK Tulum was good for the most part. The highlight of the hotel is its location—it’s safe and within easy walking distance to Tulum Centro, which made getting around convenient. However, the amenities fell short of expectations. There were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to actually spend time in the pools, enjoy the balcony, or use the room jacuzzi. Additionally, the steam room and sauna were never kept on. You had to request them in advance to use them, which felt pointless and...

“More comfortable beds. Place was great clean, nice neighborhood quiet. Wonderful area love all the convenience of the place in PA . But definitely needs comfortable mattresses. Loved the host. ”

“Recomendado !!”

“Perfect”

“I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright...

“The room and bathroom were very clean, and everything I needed, including a hair dryer, was provided. If you are planning to use Tulum as a base to explore various places in the area, I highly recommend staying here for several nights. The neighborhood was quiet at night, and there were several places nearby where I could have dinner, making it a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.”

“Went there for just 4 days but it is a Perfect place for a long stay too. Beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes away from bars and restaurants .”
