“Property was nice. Staff was friendly. This is only my 3rd stay at an all inclusive and sorry to say this one would rank at the bottom. Disappointed when we checked in for a five night stay were told we could only eat at the restaurants 2 of our nights. Not that the reservations were full but we were only allowed 2 dinner meals at their restaurants. The rest would have to be buffets. This was never mentioned anywhere when I booked. Buffets were decent. Ate at the Caribe buffet our last night....

“Pros: - amazing pools. Like seriously, incredible pools. And you get four resorts worth to pick from, all with slightly different vibes - beachfront. Our room was about as far from the beach as you could get and it was a three minute walk. No golf carts needed - clean. It’s low season, so nowhere near the level of staff you’d typically see. The resort was still very, very clean and you constantly saw people cleaning something - restaurant Tokyo was so, so good. I wish we could have gone more...
