"A women staff member made my whole vacation experience terrible. I had arrange a surprise mariachi for my fiancée birthday, and I was unaware that for them to pass through the hotel I had to pay for each. I didn’t mind since they arrived and was my only option, however this women staff member ( who I forgot to write didn’t her name) said they couldn’t go through. No reason what so ever. She just said no, even though I was willing to pay for the band to go through to the very public beach. Instead the neighbors hotel was kind enough to let them through once they found out what was happening. Make the whole experience very awkward. Her attitude for the rest of the time there was uncomfortable, unfriendly, rude. Felt I couldn’t go to any staff afterwards. I understand the rules, but it seemed unnecessary, mean spirited. It ruined my whole vacation vibe, and my fiancé and I didn’t feel welcome. Very very terrible experience"
