"The resort was clean and offered good food, with swimming pools that were great and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a coffee bar with excellent coffee and pastries, though sometimes it was nearly empty with little food left. Overall, the stay was great."

"The property is nice but I would rank the food okay. Primarily buffet, even at the different restaurants (Asian restaurants was a buffet). With excursions or anything extra there seems to be ridiculous fine print. An example is we were told we had $900 resort credit on Expedia, at the resort we were given specifics that only $15 per service on only the 80 minute/$150 massage could be applied. The photographer said the photos were free, once we took photos and spent 10 minutes creating profile was told to get the actual photo cost BUT the taking of the photo was free. What the? lol"

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! I'd recommend upgrading to the butler service - our butler, Enrique, was fabulous- set up birthday celebration decorations, got us chairs at the pool, ordered some things from a pharmacy to be delivered for us that we couldn't get without driving there... just truly made our stay easy breezy and fun. We also loved the spa -and recommend the couples massage with facial and exfoliation - make sure to do the hydrotherapy!"
