The surrounding area was not pretty. This was the best we could do short notice, so we didn’t expect much. However, in the winter this is a very cold building with no heat. They know this, because they left an abundance of blankets. We froze all night. This hotel inspired us to travel with a space heater. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

La habitación es demasiado fría, además de que los conectores y apagadores están en mal estado, el baño es muy reducido, los colchones de las camas son duros y deformes, no ponen sufientes artículos de aseo personal, y tampoco dan los suficiente para el número de personas que se van a hospedar en cada habitación, tampoco ponen agua (qué ofertan en la aplicación), ni café, y por último, te hace esperar al momento del check out, ya que suben a revisar la habitación como si te hubieses robado algo. En general, no nos gustó.

Cancelaron la reserva y la dieron a otras persianas alegando que el pago tenia que hacerse en efectivo desde antes de llegar. No brindaron el servicio y vendieron la habitación a alguien más .

El personal muy amable, limpieza en general aceptable e instalaciones buenas. Solo como comentario para mejorar, subir un poco la presión del agua en la regadera y atender los detalles de pintura y resanado en la habitación. En general buena estancia, me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo.

El personal de recepcion no se encuentra capacitado para cobro con tarjeta y terminas pagando de alguna otra forma que no estaba planeado Me dieron una habitacion con 2 camas y al momento de gacer check out me quisieron cobrar un extra por usar las 2 camas

El hotel nos gusto porque es cómodo, de buen precio, a una cuadra del centro de Zacatelco, la atención del personal fue excelente. Solo en la habitación, la cual era doble cuarto, en una de ellas no servía la lámpara de cabecera.

No hay ni un jabón para las manos, el escusado no tenia ni tapa, no había las tolls necesarias, había bichos en la cama. Cómo pueden tener un hotel así en sus opciones? Uno Confía en que ustedes verifican antes de si quiera tenerlos como opción

Lugar muy agradable, lo único que no me gusto fueron los colchones de le camas ya que están muy desgastados y se sienten los resortes y eso no hace posible un buen descanso. Pero todo lo demás muy bien

Nefasto

No hay estacionamiento. La ropa de cama NO estaba limpia, cómo que usan las mismas entre cliente y cliente (¡QUÉ ASCO!). Sólo dan una toalla por habitación. La regadera SUPER sucia, de MESES SIN LIMPIAR. La taza del baño sin cubierta. Dejaron a unos huéspedes.del hotel mucho tiempo en la calle, en la madrugada, porque nadie les abría. ¡Malísimo servicio!

La movilidad, muy bien comunicado. Hay dos hoteles en la zona con el mismo nombre, por lo que hay confusión, para localizarlo, ya que el google maps nos llega ha confundir al cual llegar.
