"A very nice hotel! The lobby is large, the lobby bar is clean, and the outdoor pool is beautiful! All possible because of the amazing staff who work so hard! Yara-san was especially very helpful with activities to do and making delicious drinks! I recommend the Ryu-Kyu Mojito! The staff was also very supportive with cleaning rooms and making the bed and bathroom tidy! The always greet you with a smile and it was nice to always feel welcome everytime i entered. I would definitely go back!"

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"It was, overall, a positive experience - we had one hiccup. Our flight from Tokyo to Naha was cancelled due to a typhoon and we messaged the property asking them to hold our room. We also tried to call several times but the phone went unanswered. When we arrived, they had cancelled our reservation (despite the fact that is was pre-paid). The front desk attendant was able to find us a room but gently scolded us for not trying harder to get in touch. It was pretty galling considering the phone was ringing (and it was the Expedia agent trying to get in touch with them - I know this because I was on a chat with them), but other than that, we had a great time and would stay there again. The POOL is to die for and the property/rooms are clean. All the other staff were fantastic! Highly recommend!"
