“I had a mixed experience at the hotel. It's great that I had a positive first impression with excellent service and friendly staff. However, the noise and issues with the veranda window and doors must have been frustrating, especially if they were repaired late at night. The staff were kind and that I enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it seems like there were both positives and areas for improvement during our stay.”

“What an astonishing place! Really friendly staff and the owners are lovely. Well run and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the communal spaces to make them as inviting and relaxing as possible. The bedroom was great and had everything we needed and the location is fantastic - a little back from the main streets so nice and quiet but close to everything you want to see. ”

“The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We always looked forward to the meals because the food was delicious and great conversation with the staff. They made us feel at home, I wished we had stayed longer! It was my fiance’s birthday and they made it as special as possible, they made him his favourite dish and had a birthday song performance that left him beaming from ear to ear. It was truly a memorable stay at Zanzi. A beautiful hideaway from the world, the villa was spectacular...
