암스테르담 갈 때마다 숙소는 여기로 정한다 일단 가격이 시내보다는 저렴하고 조용한 동네지만 있을 건 다 있어서 좋았다 단, 한국과의 문화차이일 수도 있는데 겨울에 객실온도가 그리 높지 않아서 춥게 느껴진다 그외 트램을 타고와서 내리면 알버트하인 마켓이 있어서 먹거리를 사기 편하다 조용하게 휴식하고 싶다면 추천!!! 중앙역에서 26번 트램으로 약 16분 소요된다

여자 혼자 5일 묵었고요~ 한국인분들께 도움이 되었으면 하는 마음에 남깁니다~ - 좋았던 점: 직원분들 정말 친절하세요! 방 춥다고 하니까 미니 히터 가져다주시고(보일러 작동법을 잘 몰라서 처음에 추웠어요), 프린트도 무료로 해주셔서 감사했어요! 그리고 중앙역까지 26번 트램 타면 바로 간다는 점과 근처에 큰 알버트 하인 매장이 있다는 점!? 또, 매일 냉장고에 음료수도 새로 채워주셔서 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 물, 음료수(환타, 코카콜라 중 하나), 맥주 이렇게 기본으로 채워져 있습니다. 전 음료수만 계속 먹어서 그렇고, 맥주나 물도 다 마시면 채워주실 거예요~ - 아쉬웠던 점: 날파리들이 좀 많았어요 ㅠ.ㅠ 방 안에 커피 머신도 있어서 좋았는데 물 담는 통이 지저분해서 새로 닦아야 했구요, 수건에서는 쾨쾨한 냄새가 조금 났습니다..! 여행 다니면서 호텔 수건에서 냄새 난 적은 처음이라 좀 아쉬웠네요 ㅠ 그리고 호텔 바로 옆에는 아무것도 없어서 밤에는 쫌 무서워요.. ㅎ ㅎ 그래도 직원분들이 친절하시고, 호텔 방도 대체적으로 깔끔한 편이어서 장점이 더 많은 곳이라고 생각해요~ 혼자 여행 왔을 때 잠시 묵기에 괜찮을 것 같습니다 :) 하지만 부모님 모시고 온다거나, 여럿이서 온다고 하면 돈 조금 더 주고 다른 곳 가시는 걸 추천할게요 ㅎㅎ

Definitely satisfied !!
I've stayed at this hotel for 5 days since Oct. 4. Kind staffs, really nice breakfast, and very modern and clean room !! This hotel can be reached in about 15 minutes by tram #26 from Amsterdam central. The tram operated at about 10-minute intervals so the distance was no problem.

Prima hotel voor als je niet meteen in het centum hoeft te zitten. Heb er alleen overnacht, kamer en sanitair modern en schoon. Parkeren in nabijgelegen garage is makkelijk en niet duur (7,50 per dag) maar garage is niet heel groot. Bij aankomst op donderdagmiddag was hij vol, dus werd parkeren op straat voor 14,- tot 19 u.

Room was very nice overall aside from white curtains in the room and black blinds in bathroom were dirty. Staff were all friendly and approachable. Appreciated the fresh fruit and unlimited tea and coffee available.

Eine Atmosphäre im Eingangsbereich wie auf einer Bahnhofstoilette. Das Personal ist befremdlich. Die Belüftung war nicht auszuschalten und dauerhaft laut. Selbst das Personal konnte es nicht ausschalten. Durchschlafen nicht möglich. Ein Teppich in einem Hotelzimmer, dieser kann nicht hygienisch gereinigt Nicht zu empfehlen - befremdliches Publikum entsprechend einer Jugendherberge. Das Gebäude befindet sich noch vor der Fertigstellung und das scheinst seid Jahren.

Nice location, next to train which comes every few minutes and goes direct to centraal within 15 minutes. Lots of near by options for dining or just grabbing a snack from the grocery store. Mattresses could use a refresh. Hair and other dirt stuck to them. Room was a bit dusty.

Wir haben in einem Familienzimmer mit unseren Kindern gewohnt.Leider hat man hier und da sehen müssen, dass die Reinigung des Zimmers nicht immer und überall zufriedenstellend war. Zudem wurden Handtücher und Toilettenpapier regelmäßig vergessen. Das Frühstück war ganz gut und die Angestellten bemüht. Positiv hervorzuheben war die Größe des Zimmers, welches lichtdurchflutet war durch viele große Fenster. Die kostenlose Minibar, sowie die Möglichkeit Kaffespezialitäten rundum die Uhr zu holen, war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Der Check-in war leider auch erst eine Stunde später als angegeben möglich. Wären 10 Punkte die Höchstzahl, bekäme dieses Hotel 6,5 Punkte.

We werden bij binnenkomst vriendelijk ontvangen door de jongeman aan de receptie. Hij gaf ons handige tips en info over o.a. de tram(tickets) etc. De ligging van het hotel was prima. Zo bij tramhaltes en genoeg faciliteiten in de buurt. Op de kamers was er wat achterstallig onderhoud. De jaloezieën op de badkamer waren vies, een raam sloot niet goed, er zaten gekke vlekken in de gordijnen, behang liet op meerdere plekken los en de douche maakte een groot waterballet van de badkamer. Zonde, want het hotel had zeker nog meer potentie!

Bold scam. You dont get what you pay for.
The room I booked specifically said "sea-view" at this PANORAMA hotel. The only view we had was of a taller building right in front of us. Asked at the reception and he boldly told me that all other rooms are booked and it says "sea-view" on every room. Not an ounce of apology or compensation in the slightest, just an annoyed "What am I supposed to do?" It was at night and we only stayed that one night for sleeping anyway, so I did not feel like argueing was worth it. Literally did not get what I paid for at no refund. Mattresses were worn and uncomfortable and whoever was in the room next to us was stomping around and banging the door shut all the time all night. Also don't be fooled, the Hotel is only the top floor of the building and you have to enter through a dirty back door which had shady people lingering in front of it. When you enter the building you enter what looks like a decrepit hallway in an abandoned public pool to get to the elevator. Inside the actual hotel it looks nice and clean. Free Late Checkout and free hot drinks as well as a few in the room fridge was nice, underground parking a block down (not hotel-owned) was rather cheap. Station in front of the Hotel takes you Amsterdam Main Station in 13 minutes. Would not go here again.

The setting is so so, as it is at the top of a flat used for offices/housing, but it was still clear to find. Views were nice, staff was lovely although I did ask for my room's shower drain to be unclogged and it was not done.l, so that was disappointing. Overall room was very comfortable for a good price and they had some nice freebies in the fridge which was a nice touch.

Slight disappoint about the cleanliness
We booked 4 nights in a row. The hotel is near to the tram station which is great to travel to Amsterdam Central in 18mins. The receptionist is super friendly. But was slight disappoint by the cleanliness as we discovered there’s a cockroach inside the room and we did told after check out and they didn’t mentioned any compliment or refund towards the incident. It’s quite odd to have insect/ cockroaches in European country but we’re terrified by the incident.

It was very, very nice, this place really provided what they advertised. The lake view was beautiful, waking up to see that was amazing, never expected that view for the price. Will stay there when I go back to Amsterdam. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is bigger than expected as well. The receptionist showed us where we can take the bus and places to go, he was very nice, polite, friendly. A really nice experience to end the vacation, nothing at all as how we started.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel, easy to find, beautiful view of the river. Quite Easy access to Amsterdam central, rooms tidy clean bed so comfy!. After a day walk around Amsterdam was out like a light. Down side fridge was hot... :/ . Did talk to someone as need to ask for an iron, but fridge never got sorted. But everything else spot on, 9/10

Hyggeligt hotel med god lokation. Men personalet i receptionen er ikke opdaterede. De gav forkerte oplysninger om parkerings muligheder. De sidder med deres mobil telefoner hele tiden og virker ikke til at være interesserede. Personalet i morgenmad er gode og behagelige og de har travlt mens dem i receptionen sidder med deres tlf og de kumme hjælpe deres kollegaer.

Hotellet var fint og i ok stand. Fikk god service av de som jobbet der. Det var også et ganske rolig område, men lett å komme seg til og fra sentrum (ca. 10-15 med trikk). Følte ikke rengjøringen på rommet var helt 100%, i tillegg til at sluket var tett i dusjen. De ordnet det da vi sa ifra, men det var fortsatt ikke helt ok resten av oppholdet. Kunne bodd her igjen, du får det du betaler for :-)
