Everything was perfect during my stay!
The owner of the guesthouse was incredibly kind and helpful with everything — from picking me up at the airport to assisting with the planning of all the tours. I truly appreciated her hospitality!

Small family owned hotel. Traditional home but yet clean and comfortable. Super helpful staff. The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the station. I would stay here again next time I visit!
The owners organized to pick me up at the train station despite me booking this very last minute, which was unexpected and I really appreciated it! Great place to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie :)

Tina and Nee have been great hosts and looked after me very well. They helped me book my tours and gave me tips on how to get around. Room is clean and I felt very safe.
The hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The owner was super helpful and got cabs for us when we needed and also drove us to tour destinations and train stations. I would recommend this place
My family and I enjoyed staying here very much.
The owners are kind and hospitable, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.
Thanks to them I can get my train and tourist tickets without a hassle.
It’s near many eating spots and it’s a quiet peaceful neighbourhood for a wonderful retreat.
Excellent host - provided airport pickup & drop-off service! Helped with tours and local information. The family was excellent host! Highly recommend for visitor who need more help -
Great place for the value. Staff and owners are so nice! They do pick up from airport or train station too at any time. They are available anytime to answer any questions. I was out all day exploring so it was a perfect place to just come home and sleep. Very nice people . There’s a 24 hour shop just around the corner if need snacks or water .
Overall I think this place is cute and did the job. I personally am more of a luxury type, however, since I only needed a place to stay for one night and something close to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, this works. It’s pretty small and minimal but they have the main necessities: AC, WiFi, outlets, shower, toilet, spare tooth brush set, cups, TV, and a bed. So I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a place to crash and somewhere close to the city.
Missed the flight and didn't arrive until 1 a.m.? To my surprise, the driver waited for me and offered a free pickup service. Although the room is a bit small, it has all the necessary facilities, which is definitely worth it. The free luggage storage was a great help for us.
As a Muslim woman, I worried about privacy - but Tina arranged a room with curtained windows facing the inner courtyard. Supermarket 200m sells halal instant meals (no breakfast needed). Obsessive hygiene: separate slippers for bathroom, . Walked back at 10PM - well-lit streets with security patrols. Cultural gem!"
The hosts immediately made us feel like family with their suggestions and eagerness to help out! We wouldn’t have been able to make the most of our time in the national parks without them. The area of the hotel is a little hard to access directly by car, but easy to find a taxi outside and has a lot of amazing street food accessible at all times. And if you need any help, the hosts will surely be able to assist.
Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this hotel. We will definetely comes back next year. The room were very cute design and comfortable. The hotel owners (Tina and her husband)
were super kind and go beyond waiting with us for 2 hours to obtain SIM card, Tina also helped to add WECHAT which is so useful later for our trip. She also provide good guidance routes to vist
Zhangjajie and Tianmen Mountain which is only 10 minutes away by TAXI.
location is so close to many amazing street foods, restaurants, shopping mall, organic fruits stands and convenient stores.
It was so easy to find a Taxi. The hotel offers free airport pick up and drop offer servises. We arrived late
at the airport the owner was waiting and picked us up with no extra charges.
We had a great stay at their hotel. Both owners were very sweet and hospitable. Started from the wife picking us up at the airport. (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. She was very sweet the first day she noticed we were under the weather so when we got to back to the hotel in the evening she brought us some plum tea which was very good. Almost everyday we were there she has brought us either sweets/ tea or fruits. She was also very helpful and recommended more things for us to do and see. So if you’re ever in Zhangjiajie consider staying with them they are amazing!
