First of all, The staffs are kind and helpful. Hotel room is clean and kind of neat. They provide delicious Breakfast Buffet. I'd like to stay at the hotel again when I get a chance.

Inconvenience Check In

Overall very good hotel and location. However both wings of Holiday Inn counter are closed. I got a taxi stop in hotel and staff told me I have go to the Crown Plaza to check in, then have to walk back to Holiday Inn. Hotel should inform customer in booking.

我於6月24日入住河南中州假日酒店兩天，在HOTEL.com訂房，定單編號8139373575841(24日，無早餐)及8152388611700(25日，含早餐)，26日退房，櫃台告知不需刷卡，已扣款，沒給收據。7月28日收到信用卡帳單，25日的房價本來是486.27人民幣，居然變成2767台幣(約590人民幣，帳單上沒標出人民幣金額，但是24日的收費卻有標出正確的437人民幣。 後來透過信用卡公司處理此帳款，居然不承認我在HOTEL.com的訂房資料。 重點結論:住宿一定要拿收據，還有不要住這家飯店。

Helt ok hotell, vi fick bo i det bakre huset. Lite långt till reception och frukost. De glömde handdukar til mitt rum vid två tillfällen (vi bodde där i 3 nätter) Men det är ju sådant som kan hända

Impressed by politeness and so on.

Situate into the main Boulevard in Zhengzhou ,part of a hotel complex with,Sofitel,Crown Plazza,Holiday in ,and Holiday Inn Express is very handy to all transportation and to all Banks and Shopping centers. Basically when we arrived Holiday Inn just come into renovation and they upgraded our stay from 4 stars to 5 stars hotel and they give us free breakfast ,a bonus from 10 days of rougly 500 Euros. Very clean ,polite staff( better english will be a good point) bu any other languages USLESS . Just Mandarin and English. Food???Traditional Chinese and Italian .Good chef.

Great value for Western hotel in Zhengzhou

This is one of the best Western hotels in Zhengzhou and also one of the most affordable. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is also good. The English skills of the staff are low but they are friendly and it's not a big deal. We always enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Large clean rooms, good breakfast

Some confusion at check-in as we were given a room several grades below what we had reserved. Once that was sorted, the room was fine. Spacious and clean. Not the most modern hotel in the area, but everything was in good condition. Breakfast is in the adjacent Crown Plaza, which can be reached without walking outside. Good variety of western and Asian foods. The neighborhood has a few good restaurants, especially the West Lake restaurant next for.

Great Stay, Great Value

The room was quite nice. The breakfast was also one of the best we've had at an international hotel in China. It was extra but because we paid in advance, on Hotels.com, it was very reasonable!

Misleading advertisement, based on "Holiday Inn"

Hotel consists of three separate blocks, some located behind another Hotel chain, presumable from same owner/operator. For breakfast you must exit hotel and walk over 100 mts thru parking lot and around other buildings to get to breakfast room. Reception staff does not speak english, and does not even try to understand your wishes. Not helpfull at all. Cannot recommend it.

窓が汚い

窓から外を眺めてみたら、目の前には改装工事？の資材やら機材が放置され、窓はいつ掃除したのか汚れ放題。 部屋の中は綺麗な方だったのに残念でした。 朝ごはんも隣の建物まで行かないとダメな事。食べ終わった皿はこちらが別なものを食べてようが御構い無しに下げていく。 座席の１割も居なかったんだから、ゆっくりさせて欲しかった。

まぁまぁの快適度

朝食付きで予約したが、チェックインの際に朝食無しですね、と言われた。朝食会場はクラウンプラザだったので、一旦外に出なければいけなかったが、メニューの内容が良かった。翌朝のタクシー予約をお願いしたが、当日雨だったこともあり、車が遅れると言われ、その後でタクシーが来られないのでホテルの車で会展中心まで20元で良いか？と言われ乗ったが、到着してドライバーに80元と言われた(本当は100元とのこと)。シャワーの温度と湯量は快適だった。部屋は何か臭いがしたので、部屋だけならホリデイ・インエクスプレスの方が良いかも？

Alt aber akzeptabel zum günstigen Preis

In die Tage gekommenes Hotel, ansonsten amerikanischer Standard. Einen Kühlschrank für die Minibar gibt es, der ist jedoch leer. Insofern keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer (falsche Angabe bei Buchung). Das WLAN macht zum Teil Schwierigkeiten und Flugbuchungen sind eine echte Geduldsprobe. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Bietet american breakfast als auch asiatische Speisen. Für 142 RMB (z.Z. etwa 20 €) ist das Frühstück aber auch teuer.

清潔で快適。ビジネス利用に特にお勧めです。

今回ビジネスの利用で３泊しましたが、とてもよいホテルですごく気に入りました。 部屋やバスルームは清潔で広く、バスタブも使え、タオルやバスローブもベッドもふかふかで快適でした。ウォシュレットこそありませんが、海外のホテルとしてはすごく良い方だと思います。期待以上でした。 レストランやビジネスセンターは同じ敷地内のクラウンプラザホテルと共用になっており、そちらでも宿泊者として利用ができますが、宿泊費用はホリデイ・インの方がやや安くて済みます。 唯一、困ったのはすぐ近くにホリデイ・インが３軒（東棟、西棟、エクスプレス）　あってわかりにくいので、タクシーに言っても、現地の人と待ち合わせしても皆さん間違うこと。でもそれも慣れてしまえば問題ありません。

The hotel is a nice place to stay, but it wasn't worth the money we paid. The free toiletries and bottled water were a nice touch. Also the staff were very helpful and could communicate well enough in English.
