I found it a bit difficult to communicate with reception due to the language barrier but they insisted on trying to help regardless and when the on duty receptionist didn’t understand, she was resourceful in asking her colleague. I saw quite a few complaints about noise levels..I’m from a big city so maybe I’m just used to it but this didn’t seem any more or less sound proof than the average hotel in a busy urban area. "Staff (reception, concierge, housekeeping) were very pleasant, attentive and professional. Breathtaking views from the room and gym. Super impressed with the well-equipped gym. Only qualm is that the toilets for gym needs to be accessed via key/ sensor. Have to keep going to the gym staff for the access key. Otherwise, quite the perfect stay. "
