The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. Location is good with lots of shopping and restaurants around.

Renaissance Hangzhou Northeast Hotel
Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately the service staff are poorly trained, especially in the lobby bar. Not the fault of the staff but rather with management.
