If you're facing problem with the electrical equipment such as the hair dryer, please call the reception directly and we are more than willing to replace a new one. FYI, there is no air conditioner in all rooms. We enjoy the natural cold breezing due to the high altitude of our location. We find that it's pretty normal to have some noise/sound coming from the equipment when turning it on; moreover we are located at the mountain area which is extremely quiet at night. However, we do necessary maintenance or replacement from time to time to ensure great comfort level for all guests. Last but not least, it's only the short distance of road leading to the B&B is slightly narrow. The rest of it are all fine and rest assured it's worth all your time and effort to drive all the way here. Forget about the hustle and bustle of the city, start enjoying the beautiful scenery, fresh air, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere~ Thank you and have a nice day!

Hi, thanks for your review. We are located at the top of ShiZhao, where surrounded by tea plantations and beautiful mountains view. Our owner has over 30 years of tea making experience and we produce the famous high mountain oolong tea here. Besides that, there are 5 different walking trails available nearby for exploration. Sunrise can be watched at the back of our B&B with 30-40 minutes walk. Sunset, sea of cloud, star gazing, etc can be watched at the rooftop of Aliscenery or just walk out from traditional wooden courtyard house and you will get to enjoy the great view. Hi Bob, first of all we are regret for what you had experienced. From what you mentioned, we assume that you were staying at the traditional wooden courtyard house and the area that you mentioned is actually the seating area/common area for everyone. We are very much concerned about the volume as it is extremely silent at night living in the mountain area, hence we will always advise all to keep their volume down after 9pm. If you are unsure about your reservation, you can always write in to confirm with us. We are more than happy to explain further and send you reference photos. Yup, free pick up service is available once per day after 3pm at ShiZhao or Fenchihu bus station if you are taking public transport. We are just 10-15 minutes away from both locations.
