한마디로 최고입니다. 룸 나무랄데 없고 수영장, 풍경, 분위기 등등 너무 좋았습니다. 조식이 많이 안 좋았지만(코로나 때문에 봉지에 빵과 음료 정도 담아둔 수준), 다른 점들 때문에 불만이 없습니다. 다시 가고 싶습니다

Very nice! Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations but we could use the Marriott next door. Nice breakfast and fitness facility.

I had high expectations of this hotel being part of the Holiday Inn Chain. How disappointed we were on checkin. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly. It’s the rooms which let the property down. They are old, dull, out-dated and just feel dark and dirty. The bathrooms are large, but the vanity is outside and located in the actual room! The shower is over a small bath with a shower curtain only, allowing water to flow onto the floor and carpets. I will say, the water pressure and water temperature was good. The room has a very large air conditioning unit which is loud and shook the room every time it switched on and off. It kept us up all night with no sleep. Our blockout blinds were also broken and unable to open the curtains to see the views. The property is located in Springdale with shuttle stops a short walk and parking is ample, but they will charge you $10.00 USD per day to park. I felt that for the cost, we could have stayed at a much nicer property and I would not stay there again

Nice place. The coffee maker, microwave and refrigerador in room was a nice touch. Close to Zion entrance, nice walkable town. The only thing I didn't like was the $10 nightly parking charge. I think that should be included in the room charge.

The grounds are very nice and clean, Out hotel's pool was under repair but we were able to use the pool next door which was great. My daughter had a blast and access to Zion is close

Comfortable beds, nice grassy area out back to walk pets. Right in the cute town of Springdale and on the free shuttle line to Zion NP entrance. Nice to have breakfast included, although it was mediocre food. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the hotel, and they are also not allowed on park trails nor left in vehicles. This was one of many stops for us with our dogs so nbd, but if you're headed to just Zion, better to leave the furry family at home. Parking was tough to get near our room but we were able to find spaces on the property at least.

We loved our stay in Zion at the Holiday Inn Express. The complimentary breakfast was the perfect start to the day and was hearty enough that we were able to hike until lunch. The location though is what was really perfect. We were able to easily get on the shuttle to the park in the morning and without any issues. We ate dinner at the Bit and Spur directly across the street and also ate once at CampOut. Both meals were great. One recommendation- bring any groceries you may need for hiking and don’t plan to buy in Springdale. We had to buy hiking snacks and had to pay Disneyland prices. Also the pool was getting serviced when we stayed which was disappointing but understandable.

Beautiful location and the staff was very cordial. That being said the only elevator was out of service which was very inconvenient. Also the pool and spa were being renovated. It is really frustrating when you book a location based on amenities and those amenities aren’t available. The breakfast was great and very clean and well taken care of. The location is awesome.

Can’t beat the location. Walk to restaurants. Trolley into Zion National Park. The rooms are clean and quiet. The view of the mountains range behind is unmatched. Best working Hot Tub and view of any hotel we have visited. Great choice for visiting Zion NP.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The views outside the hotel are so beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with our teenage son and the room was so convenient and comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was very good and included hit options and pancakes. Good dinner dining options at Jack's bar next door. Really recommend this hotel.

The convenience of three restaurants on property. Free breakfast, the dining area is clean, updated and the view is breathtaking! The bedding and beds were very comfortable. Microwaves and small refrigerators makes the room complete. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Have been staying at this property for years love the changes.

Staff was awesome, super friendly. The view from the fire pit was really nice. The morning complimentary breakfast was pretty darn good. We visited Zion in January so it was definitely off season, not sure how it would be during peak time.
