"Plaque de cuisson défectueuse, obligation d’appeler la réception pour allumer la climatisation. Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coût, en payant un 4 étoiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’année, je peux vous dire que cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles."

"We had a a family trip to the fancy town and certainly picked the best place to stay in order to walk easily everywhere. The place is really confy, modern, stylish and new. Because of the superb location it can get a little loud but nothing to worry. We will be back. Thanks! "

"Studio is modern, well layed out, very clean and in a great location. The owner is very professional and attentive to making your stay a good one. He even helped us with our luggage. The only advice that I would offer is the studio could benefit from a couple of hanging hooks for jackets on the wall toward the right of the main door. It would help when you bring in wet coats to be able to hang them. This advice is very minor and I think might improve the studio. "

"This is a fun hotel. A little 2020 “woke” in the branding but it’s in on the joke I think. “Heterofriendly” had me laughing as I’ve always thought, oh wow, hotel, thanks for being “gay-friendly”. In terms of amenities and spacious rooms it’s hard to beat in this old town."

"The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby. "
