“Great hotel and great access to the convention centre for conferences. The area does not feel the safest or greatest, so having the overpass tunnel between the hotel and meetings was a great bonus. I imagine this would also be appreciated in the winter months. Designated hotel parking spots are very limited so most visitors used other spots within the same lot. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“I was not informed at check-in that breakfast was unavailable as the restaurant was closed. Since there was no one else checking in at the same time as me, the clerk had lots of time to mention it. There was a tiny sign on the door of the unlighted restaurant with that information but it was the responsibility of the clerk to tell me it was closed.He also said tha Expedia was not clear in defining a ground floor room.
