"Hotel with a great view over Tokushima city. Property is tidy but looking a little old and tired. Onsen (hot pool) is nice. Restaurant is buffet style and OK without being amazing. You need to own/rent a car if you stay here because it is difficult to reach from Tokushima (there is a shuttle bus once a day, and a ropeway)."
"Accessibility to places depending on ur needs was OK. Room and bathroom very clean and practical. The sento was HOT. The sauna, locker room and inexpensive laundry was a bonus. I appreciate removing the shoes it keeps it clean. Great for the price."
"The room was clean and soundproof. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t have any meals there but cafe looked nice. I would’ve used the pool except you had to pay extra. Seemed strange for a hotel guest. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and easy to get to by bus."
"Excellent check in and breakfast staff. Both so helpful, friendly, professional & welcoming. Large, clean room with full amenities (coffee, tea, water, toiletries). Great location a few minutes walk from train station."
