Check in was 1 hour late, I ordered to signature cocktails which were hastily made. They were $25 each and no effort put into their presentation. I questioned whether or not there should be a garnish with the cocktail. I didn’t get an answer, but I did get a dried orange on a plate. I guess the garnish was missing. I sent the drink back and once it was ultimately resolved it’s not the service I expect from a hotel like this.

You are surrounded by incredible food options , fantastic walking options and fantastic shopping. Don’t forget to ascend to The Penthouse restaurant in the glass elevator , the view of the Santa Monica Coast is just fantastic 👍
